The hotel provides luxurious surroundings and perfect service, reminiscent of european lakeside retreats. Dinner at sheesh mahal was a delight, with attentive service, especially from shanz. I found the location to be conveniently central, with access to various city attractions.

a tender escape

good food kind staff

the staff displayed such dedication to details. Kristen, our butler, made SURE that we got to see the cultural dances. The breakfast had such GOOD food and coffee. every STAFF member was very kind and supportive. i felt so cared for.

it felt as though the western options were not quite right, it could use some refining. the dining room lacked a certain warmth, a little atmosphere would improve things. there were some electrical faults in our room i noticed.

Acceptable stay, but some misses

attentive staff welcome drink manicured gardens inconsistent service pool depth

The staff were generally attentive. I appreciate the welcome drink offered upon arrival. The room i got had complimentary bottled water, replaced daily. The hotel HAD manicured gardens, it was enjoyable to walk through.

The service was inconsistent at times. The pool depth was a problem as it was too deep in sections. This made it difficult to relax. It disrupted the peace i was looking for.
